In 2019, Antony & Edwards Real Estate Goulburn expanded its service offerings from residential and rural sales to include residential and rural property management services.

As long-term investors our business owners, together with members of our sales and property management team, reflected on the service they had received from other agencies when managing their valuable assets both the positive and the negative.  We asked a simple but important question: “How can we do it better?”

Our Team

We are a dedicated team of Goulburn property managers, led by Abby Antony, who works hands-on in the department.

Our approach has always been to listen first. Whether it is when a new client transitions their management from another agency or when it is their first time owning an investment property, we take the time to understand what matters most when engaging a property management team. In December 2022, our agency launched the Tapi platform, a streamlined and transparent way to manage repair and maintenance requests. Tapi enables our team to coordinate repairs efficiently, providing real-time updates and transparent communication between landlords, tenants, and trades. Every request is tracked from initiation to completion, giving landlords confidence that work is handled promptly and professionally.

‘Real Service' extends to after-hours, public holidays, weekends, and the festive season. Landlords have a dedicated team member on call for urgent after-hours repair requests, which sets us apart from agencies that allow tenants to contact trades directly. Our team manages the entire process, ensuring urgent repairs are coordinated efficiently between landlords, tenants, and trades. This provides a single point of contact, consistent communication, and peace of mind.
