Our knowledge of the ‘market’ was based on weeks house hunting in Sydney, which proved to be dismal & unrewarding; more a case of dregs of the market in each & every price range. Goulburn a refreshing change in helpfulness & decent properties to look at, nice to find 3rd bedroom & laundry actually inside house & not in garage.
