Our knowledge of the ‘market’ was based on weeks house hunting in Sydney, which proved to be dismal & unrewarding; more a case of dregs of the market in each & every price range. Goulburn a refreshing change in helpfulness & decent properties to look at, nice to find 3rd bedroom & laundry actually inside house & not in garage. Leanne at Antony & Edwards so helpful, furnishing us with a map & a list of opens & Paul, was agent at house we settled on, exceedingly helpful in every way.
