Abby Antony

After working in her family’s long standing local business for over 10 years, it was a natural progression for Abby Antony to join Antony & Edwards Real Estate, working alongside her husband and business partner Tom Antony.

In her role within the business, Abby combines her experience in sales, office management and marketing, bringing a structured and thoughtful approach to leadership and client service. Abby graduated from the University of Canberra in 2010 with a Bachelor of Public Relations, majoring in Communications and Marketing.

Abby leads the property management department, bringing both professional expertise and personal insight as a long-term property investor. When Antony & Edwards Real Estate launched its property management service, Abby drew on her own experiences as a landlord — particularly from when she was not working within the real estate industry.

Combined with her personal experience as a landlord and her university studies in public relations, communications and crisis management, Abby has developed a structured and considered approach to managing risk, delivering clear communication and implementing effective processes. This foundation translates naturally into property management, where compliance, proactive management and attention to detail are essential.

Across the business, Abby works closely with the entire team in an operational leadership role, ensuring both the team and clients are supported by clear, effective, and well-designed systems. Abby is passionate about continually identifying more efficient and effective ways to deliver service, with a strong focus on systems that promote consistency and accountability. While technology plays an important role, Abby believes it is the combination of the right platforms, strong processes and clear communication that enables the team to deliver a consistently high level of service. Above all, she emphasises that real estate is a people-focused business, where proactive communication and personal engagement should never be lost.

Outside of the office, Abby enjoys spending time with her three sons, Reuben, Louis, and George who are actively involved in local sporting groups. Together with Tom, Abby is deeply committed to the Goulburn community and values raising their family locally, hoping to provide their children with the same upbringing and community connection they enjoyed growing up.
