Samantha Gibbens

Samantha Gibbens joined Antony & Edwards Real Estate in March 2017. Sam is a Licensed Real Estate Agent with extensive experience across all areas of real estate, including marketing, sales administration, client services, property management, and business development.

In her role as Senior Property Manager, Sam works closely with landlords to ensure their properties are expertly managed, while also acting as Business Development Manager to support and guide new landlords entering the market. As a long-term property investor herself, Sam understands the challenges and opportunities landlords face and leverages her experience to deliver practical, results-driven solutions. She is known for her proactive approach, clear communication, and commitment to achieving outstanding outcomes.

Sam has been instrumental in building strong relationships within the Goulburn community, earning trust and confidence with both clients and colleagues. Her professionalism and unwavering dedication make her a highly respected and long-term valued member of our team.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys the great outdoors and has a love for animals. She spends her free time bushwalking, horse riding, travelling, and enjoying quality time with her husband Rob, son Brad, and her extended family and friends.
