Samantha Gibbens joined Antony & Edwards Real Estate in March 2017. Sam is a Licensed Real Estate Agent with extensive experience across all areas of real estate, including  sales administration, client services, property management and business development.

Working within the Sales Team as Sales Associate to Tom Antony and Paul Edwards, Sam assists buyers in their search for their next property. For investors looking to purchase, Sam is a valuable asset throughout the entire process. With many years of experience working within the Property Management Department at Antony & Edwards Real Estate, she is uniquely positioned to help investors not only secure the right property, but also seamlessly transition from purchaser to landlord within our agency.

Drawing on her extensive property management background and her own experience as a long-term property investor, Sam understands what investors should look for when purchasing and what is required to successfully manage an investment property long term. Her ability to bridge the gap between sales and property management ensures clients receive informed advice, a smooth onboarding experience and ongoing support from the very beginning of their investment journey.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys the great outdoors and has a love for animals. She spends her free time bushwalking, horse riding, travelling, and enjoying quality time with her husband Rob, son Brad, and her extended family and friends.
